Australian YouTuber dies aged 30

Sad news coming out of the YouTube community… Pretty pastel pleaseAn Australian content creator known for fashion and travel videos has died.

The news was shared on her IG page on Friday, July 5 … revealing the online star, her real name Alexandra, died in June. Although her cause of death has not been released, her loss was described as “sudden, unexpected and devastating to all who knew her”.

The statement, accompanied by a picture of Alex holding her pet bird with “In Memoriam” written above, asked everyone who knew her for privacy to navigate their grief.

The caption read: “We ask that you respect their wishes – they appreciate your support but need time to heal personally. A memorial will be posted on YouTube and here on Instagram in due course. Thank you for your understanding in this difficult situation. Time.”



Alex has amassed over 690,000 YouTube subscribers since uploading his first video in December 2017. He also recently joined Twitch and shared his last live stream there on June 25.



Some of Alex’s most popular content was 7-Eleven’s only meals a week in Japan, which garnered 4M views. He also had a famous video in which his bird “whispered” into his microphone for 5 minutes.

She also opened up about deeply personal matters – in July 2023, she discussed her divorce from her husband And. A year ago, he talked about dealing with trolls.
